Rules for Battle Born Motorsports

Disclaimer

  1. These rules and regulations for Driftervention are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of events held at the premises and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events. 

  2. Driftervention assumes NO responsibility for damage(s) to or loss of equipment, vehicle, or any parts by any means whatsoever.

  3. These rules cannot cover all contingencies. In an unforeseen or exceptional circumstance, it is to the discretion of Driftervention management and Official team to make a decision in a sporting spirit.


CODE OF CONDUCT

All teams/drivers and their associates are to demonstrate and promote good sportsmanship. Violations may be viewed as, but are not limited to: verbal, written, and electronic representation, social media and/or any other representation.

WHAT YOU SAY HAS WEIGHT, WHAT YOU TYPE HAS MEANING, and WHAT YOU DO HAS CONSEQUENCES.


  • Poor sportsmanship by any competitor or participant while on the premises is prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to: fighting, loud, abusive and foul language and/or gestures, poor attitude and/or displaying a lack of control of temper. Violators will be subject to one or all of the following: being escorted off the premises by staff, a fine, suspension, expulsion from the track, and law enforcement may be contacted.


  • Drivers are responsible for their team, teammates, pit crew and fan(s) in the result of an incident.


  • NO alcoholic beverages and/or controlled substances will be permitted in the pit area before, during, or after the event. Any suspicion of alcoholic beverage or drug consumption will result in suspension of access for the day and you will be escorted out of the pit area by security. Violators will be subject to one or all of the following:  a fine, suspension, expulsion from the event, and law enforcement may be contacted.


  • NO weapons of any sort are permitted on the premises at any time. This includes, but is not limited to: guns, pocket knives, martial arts weapons, finger nail clippers and files, stun guns, pepper spray, razor blades, or any other object that may be deemed harmful to the well-being of the staff, officials and spectators. These objects and/or weapons are subject to confiscation by the management.


  • ALL injuries, minor or major, are to be reported to an event Official, IMMEDIATELY.


Violators of posted rules will be subject to one or all of the following: a warning, fine, suspension, or expulsion from the event and future events.


  • Clean up after yourself. Do not leave any trash, tires or parts in your pit after the event.


  • Small motorized scooters (up to 110 cc), quads, three wheelers or any other motorized vehicles will be permitted in the pit area, and operated in a safe manner. No wheelies, speeding, donuts or burnouts.


  • Pit speed is 5 MPH in all Vehicles. Obey all posted speed limits coming into, during, and after the event.


  • One car carrier & One RV / camp trailer per race car will be permitted. Due to pit congestion and safety, all other cars that may accompany the race car will park in the spectator parking lot.


  • Participants and spectators will stay within designated area during the event. The event area limitations are outlined in map.


  • For the safety of the staff and persons involved, in the event of a rollover, no spectators nor unauthorized parties will be permitted in the vicinity. Please respect our team as we handle all incidents, safely and efficiently. Your presence may delay access of necessary teams to the incident.


  • All participants will be required to obtain and wear a valid wristband at all times in order to have access to the event. If you are not wearing your wristband on your wrist, you will be escorted out of the area by staff.
